Sustainable viticulture. Use of sorting tables, Total destemming, Frequent pigeage (punching down the cap), Foulage, Remontage. Ageing in oak barrel. Sols argilo-calcaires.

Appareance

Ruby-red colour, intense, ruby red highlights. Souple le vin laisse une impression de rondeur fruitée, fort gourmande sous des tanins élégants aux accents de cacao et de réglisse.

Nose

Fruity, persistent, generous burlat cherries aromas, generous red fruit aromas, subtle blackberry aromas, spice aromas.

Palate

Elegant, delicate, full-bodied, intense cherries in kirsch hints, generous red fruit hints, silky tannin, round, structured body, good intensity, good length. Il fera la joie de de vos viandes rouges, du gibier à plumes, des volailles à la crème, et se marie agréablement aux fromages aux saveurs affirmées.
