Wine making

Appareance

Golden yellow colour, pale, greenish-gold highlights.

Nose

Aromatic, mineral, slight hawthorn blossom aromas, generous white flowers aromas, lily aromas, apricot aromas, citrus aromas, vanilla aromas, subtle toasted almonds aromas, arômes de minéral, generous butter aromas. Au nez, Fleurs blanches (lys) fruits jaunes(abricot) agrumes (pamplemousse, citron) et vanille, se déclinent joliment dans ce vin charnu et de bon volume.

Palate

Well-balanced, rich, full-bodied, generous apple hints, toast hints, subtle oak hints, round, mineral, powerful body, good intensity, long length. Une juste fraicheur lui apporte ce qu’il faut de relief, sous des accents fruités et minéraux.
